NPM supporting Juniper hardware

Can any one tell me if NPM can support the monitoring of Juniper hardware ?

A work colleague told me he tried to run up an instance that would trap the SNMP outputs and that NPM would not recognise it and he had contact with solarwinds who stated that the Orion suite was not configured to work with Juniper.

I am using the NPM to monitor about 50 SRX series devices and have had no problems. The NPM recognises the device and you select what you wnat to monitor. The NTA also did not have any problem recognising or receiving the Netflow data that the Juniper sends.

I'm using NPM to monitor my Juniper EX Series switches and have had no issues. What Juniper hardware are you trying to monitor?

Thanks for the quick response and your help . I plugged in an SRX in my dev environment and it works fine so the info I got from my analyst was obviously incorrect.

I will now go and deploy Solarwinds in my clients network.
