Universal device poller - multiple values returned

Hi,

I've just added a MIB to return the wattage of the PSU's on our Blade Enclosure but with it having 6 installed the Status column on the Node Details page just returns "6 value(s)". Is there anyway to make this column show it as "235,0,0,235,0,0" instead?

The resource you are using will behave that way (universal device poller status...as it is a summary)

Try using the Tabular Universal Device Poller resource instead.

Can you provide the MIB you are using and possibly a screenshot so I can understand your issue better?

I've attached a picture of the data results and how it looks on the web page. The OID for it is 1.3.6.1.4.1.232.22.2.5.1.1.1.10 (cpqRackPowerSupplyCurPwrOutput)

That's spot on!

Now that its displaying the info correctly can you stop it displaying the other at the same time? I've tried the web display option and that only seems to remove the Tabular results and not the other one.

What random setting will do it that's hiding from me?

The other way of doing it is to create an individual poller for each of the power supplys. You reference them individualy by adding the table entry to the end of the OID and open the advanced options and select "Raw Value" as the Type, "GET" as the Get Type.

So your OID's would be 1.3.6.1.4.1.232.22.2.5.1.1.1.10.0 for the first one 10.1 for the second, 10.2 for the third etc.

Its a bit more work but you'll get the result your after without the "6 values" reference in the Universal Device Poller table.
