Enhancement request: Add Orion Application log viewing to Admin Interface

I would like to request that the application logs that Orion creates relating to the internals be accessiable and viewable via the web intyerface in the settings screen, so administrators of the product can keep an eye on things going on internally as well as the ability to create events or emails based on error types in these logs, so we can manage the manager better if you know what I mean.
