Upgrade 10.1.3 > 10.2

We have installed the version 10.1.3 on a server 2008 and a additional polling engine on a different server 2008. SQL db is 2008

What is the best way step by step to upgrade to 10.2?

first stop all engines ?

upgrade additional polling engine first ?
