Configure Alert (Interface Traffic)

I am looking for a way to configure an alert to send an email or page when the receive percent utilization for a circuit is over 70% for the last 60 minutes.

I can get an alet setup to email me when the utilization is over 70% but this email will be sent even if utilization spikes above that value then returns to normal. All I am really interested in is receiving an email if it is above 70% for an extended period of time.

OK never mind.... I should have read more of this forum before posting this question. There is an alert manager (beta) which was available from the customer area. All I needed to do is download it and setup the proper alerts.....
