Alert variables not showing in alert actions
2020
We're evaluating Orion at the moment and have configured alerts on a selection of wan interfaces to alert us when a certain traffic level is reached.
The alerts are working fine but we have setup different alerts with different trigger levels for the different speed links. To enable staff who receive the alerts but may not be aware of the limits in place, we amended the alerts to include the following :
The trigger value for this alert is ${Trigger}.
The alert was tripped by a value of ${TriggeredValue} and will be reset at ${Reset}.
The problem is that the Trigger and Reset values are never shown....we only get a blank space in the message.
Any ideas? A "feature" or are we doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance for replies.

2020 I think you may want to check your macro variables at:
http://www.solarwinds.net/netperfmon/
Click on the Alert Macros link.
Trigger and Reset are not on the list.
