Exception Report - Average Response Time

Hi,
Just wondering if someone could help me out. I need to build a report that contains all my nodes filtered by anything that is greater than say 200ms average response time?

When I build the report I can get the report so that all the nodes reponse times are displayed, but when I try to filter the nodes that are greater than 200ms, I get erroneous results. I am guessing that this is because the Average Reponse time field is calculated by SQL "on the fly" .....

Can anyone help me out please? Would greatly appreciate it
