NTA HELP

Hi im having some configuration trouble I guess, cause on NTA can’t click on any interface to see the details and graphs. I guess it has something to do that says LAST DATA RECEIVED never, interface does show traffic in and out put that’s it, if any of u guys can give me a hand all appreciate

Try stopping and restarting the services to see if the interfaces come up. Solarwinds Orion-> Adv. Features->Orion Service Mgr.

no luck restarting the services and/or the server, the interfaces are active put cant click on them for details and the last data received status its still in never

When you do a show ip cache flow on the devices and scroll down to see if the device show flow is the ip is correctly configured? Have you applied SP1 already? We need to rule out some things.

Tnx mark the problem was on the router config i misspell the IP address now working tnx alot
