(NOTE: Ignore the mentions of "Beta" on the next screen. This is specifically for RC upgrades.)
What's a Dev Assisted Upgrade?
- You and your team will be upgrading to an available Release Candidate with a team of SolarWinds experts watching on the call and ready to step in if something goes wrong.
- It's included with active maintenance.
- If you have any questions, the team and I are ready to assist with questions prior and after the upgrade.
- Dev Assisted Upgrades is a time limited program, with first come, first serve slots. If you aren't able to participate in this round, we will notify you for the next round of available slots.
- You get THWACK points.
