Hello All! I am trying to create a query to give me a node's latest downtime length. I would much like to start logging a node's downtime into the SW DB in order to track improvements to our location support response time. The variable in question is ${N=Alerting;M=Downtime} and it is currently used as a reset trigger email action. I tried to locate it's values in the DB but was unsuccessful. Please note that I am not looking for a node availability style metric. anyone else have something like this setup?
