Please help me solve my doubt

What does it mean red icons in list of access points ?

Is there any way to create an alert (NPM or APM) to detect down AP´s ?

Red means the AP is down/unavailable/unreachable.

The alert "Alert me when a Thin Wireless Access Point goes down" is provided in Advanced Alert Manager.
