Hi,

Applications status are not being updated while polled multiple times. I polled 15 times in an hour. What can be the reason?

When do testing its successfully completed (you can refer below screenshot).

Have you tried turning on the debug log for this application monitor and checking the log there?

That's normally where I start when a monitor isn't working as expected.

I'm not sure if you have an additional poller?

Maybe try un-manage and remanaging the poller? Not sure if that would actually help or not. It would probably be worth opening a ticket with support if it is still stuck in the initial poll status when all tests are showing it is working as intended.
