Free ipsla monitor or QoE?

Wasn't there something from SolarWinds a little while ago, that IPSLA monitoring, or QoE was being changed to free and integrated into NPM or somewhere?

This is not integrated with NPM though. VoIP and Network Quality Manager is integrated to the Orion platform.

Starting NPM version 11.5.2 (if Im not mistaken), they have released a hotfix for QoE being free.

Now on NPM12, its embedded in the installer.
