Advanced Alerts - Custom Fields Missing after upgrade 10.3

Hi, has anyone else noticed that custom fields are no longer visable in advanced alert manager since upgrading to 10.3?

All our alerts based on a custom field have no stopped working - any ideas?

I just upgraded to 10.3.1 and this did not happen to me.

I upgrade to 10.3.1 recently and I saw my custom fields, but I had to re-set some of my alerts. Where is said Node Status Equal Down actually said Node Status Equal *, I just we though and re-selected down and it was ok.

I have witnessed this phenomenon. The issue was resolved when I disabled UAC on the SolarWinds server.

From my experience running the Alert Manager as admin just once makes the latest properties reappear. This gets me every time.

">mezdem, I realize it's been four months, but did you get this resolved? What I suggested worked for footerest per his response today.

My suggestion was to run the Alert Manager as an administrator once whenever this happens.

mezdem, I was seeing the exact same thing as you are. I had forgotten that following an update, I just updated to 10.4 last week, I need to run the Advanced alert manager as admin the 1st time.
