Monitor CPU, Memory, and more from Cisco IPS 4260 and NM-CIDS

I need monitor CPU and Memory from Cisco IPS 4260 and NM-CIDS, via SNMP, but when I add the nodes, CPU and memory statistics do not correspond to sensor usage any idea?
