Unable to display page(For Orion Website)

Hello everyone,
I just installed Orion on a Windows 2000 server and I've configured devices for initial monitoring...But I'm unable to pull up the Orion Webpage to log in to set accounts and look at the status of the devices I setup through system manager...I know Orion requires IIS for the webpage, would this be a permission issue with IIS.Anyone have any ideas to fix this issue I'm having....
I believe it maybe an IIS problem..The error message states The Server failed to load application /LM/W3SVC/3/root. No such interface supported...

Looks like some of your asp variables went belly up.
Also run the configuration manager again, that tends to fix some problems aswell.
