"Traffic & Percent Utilization of each Interface" BLANK

My bigger core switches show Traffic & Percent Utiliztion on each Interface.  On a Cisco WS-C3560X-24P-L switch it is coming up blank (see below)  and I need to monitor utilization for troubleshooting a user complaint.  I am assuming the feature is not supported on a WS-C3560X-24P-L, is there a work around? 

Note: I doubled checked SNMP and it passed the test.

Each interface is being monitored by NPM and has the correct link speed set I assume?  I know it's a rudimentary question, and no offense is intended, but I know I've missed those basic options on more than one occasion.  The other thing to check would be the account permissions/limitations.  If you're not in an approved group the list will generally look exactly like what you've shown.

If it's completely not working, and you've got to get a quick answer to rub the end user's nose in it, there's always the old standby of "show interface gX/0/X" on the switch itself.  It's not going to have a sweet graph or historical data, but it's usually enough to quell an uprising of the cubicle monkeys when you show them they're only passing 28 megs on a gig link.
