Add View or Add Tab does not appear to work

I'm on Orion NPM 2011.1.2 SP1.

I added new View, but do not see the View as when I tried to add it as new menu item under any Tab.

I also added new Tab (under Admin, Customize Menu Bar, Add New Menu Bar), but do not see the Tab visible on my web console.

All I want is to have an area where our user can go and see only select items (specific Nodes and Interfaces for a specific technical function) all in one area.

What am I doing wrong?

I figured out how to add a new View into an existing Menu Bar, but I still can't add a new TAB. If someone can tell me how that would be great!
