Report Writer : Top 5 (NO OUTPUT) and other NTA reports

Hi there,

Can anyone help me, netflow is already running however when we generate report using report writer for top 5, no output is displayed. No output is displayed on the reports of NetFlow Traffic Analyzer. Anyone with the same scenario or experience? NPM is generating reports (working)

Hi,

I think that the problem could be, that you do not query compressed data. NTA reports (in ReportWriter) are able to display only compressed data (older than configuration option "Keep uncompressed data for ....").

If this is not the problem, can you prodive please more information about it? Reports configuration (time period) in ReportWriter?

Thanks. We already resolved the issue. The solarwinds IP address was not configured on the device.
