Problem starting NPM

Following a power outage our Orion server was rebooted but when I try to open the NCM console, I get the message shown below. I have checked that the Solar winds

services are all running and I have carried out an orderly reboot of the server but still get the same problem. Can anyone suggest what I need to do to get this working again?

It turns out that this was a problem with the data base server which was also affected by the power outage. The drive for the database was not mounted at start up

Best bet may be a support ticket, but it looks like we can't login to the database. You may want to try re-running the configuration wizard
