I have 2 Dell servers that when I attempt to add, it starts to list resources and then dies. I have 30 other servers just like them in the environment that I have added without issue. What is up with these adds?
Can you explain further by what you mean by dies?
It appears to start the process of generating resources to choose from like normal and then it just stops and makes me select next or cancel to complete the add. Almost like it does not recognize the default resources or something. It will add, but does not report on anything and after awhile, Orion kicks it out the system. Since I added this post, I have a total of 6 servers that will not add appropriately, all Dell.
Sounds like something is off with SNMP on the servers. Might be worth a support ticket on this one to investigate further
