Devices discovered in NCM do not appear in NPM

Question

Shouldnt devices discovered with NPM Discovery (in NCM) automatically appear in NPM?

NCM and NPM currently do not share the same node database, but we're working on integrating these products closer together with each release.

In the interim, I'd suggest discovering/adding new devices to NPM first.   Then, you can use the NCM synchronization job  (Schedule > Create New Job > Import Devices from Orion Database) that will automatically pull in updates from NPM.   See Admin guide for more details on how to set this up.
