solarwinds can not be installed by a error

i got this errow while i was installing solarwinds NPM 10 , i check c:\ProgramData\Application Data\. it said , "access deny ", i dont know if this is the root cause ..

any one have face this issue ?

Do you get the same error if you right click the install file and choose 'run as administrator'?
