I know you can set Global NetPath Thresholds through the Advanced Configuration menu (weird choice by the way... Why not just put a "NetPath Settings" Link on the Settings page and allow users to globally tune thresholds and other settings there like nearly every other module in Orion?), but a lot of the settings aren't clear.
Just using Latency as an example, there is a "LatencyIncreaseCritical" value which allows us to set the amount of latency in milliseconds above the baseline value that an endpoint can reach before it goes into a critical status. That makes sense to me. However, below that is an option called "PercentLatencyIncreaseCritical" that seems to do the same thing except using a percent-based value. In the description though, it says "if absolute latency increase thresholds don't apply.". What does that mean? What is the difference(besides one in milliseconds and one in percent) between these two and how do we use them properly?
