We use solarwinds for different departments all with there own responsibilities. The NOC is responsable for the monitoring, the different departments are responsable for delivering the information about what to monitor and alerting.
We now have build lots of rules, it's very hard to get a overview of alerts and how they work. It would be very nice if we have a presentation form where we can export a alert to a readable format like

It is all defined in the SQL database, and should only be displayed in a nice way. Does someone already created such a tool? When we have all alerts we could hand them over to the departments for verification and to be sure we don't miss anything.
