If you are asking "Can the right-click feature within the Orion web site be customized", then the answer is yes.
If you are asking "Can the right-click feature within the System Manager be customized", then the answer is not in Orion V7 (Orion V8 will include this feature).

To customize the right-click (Toolset Integration) within the Orion Web Site:
Look for a file called "SwToolset.MenuOptions" in the C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Common directory
This file is in XML format. There many excellent XML editors available (Microsoft had one called Xml Editor for free), we use XML Spy to edit XML files. Edit this file to make new options available to your "right-click" interface. After adding new options to this file, you will need to enable them on your "right-click menu". Right click on any Node within the Orion web site and select "Settings" from the menu. You should then be able to add the new options to the menu from the "Menu Options" tab.

For those modifying the SwToolset.MenuOptions file to customize your Orion/Toolset integration menu the file you will want to edit now is at:

<LocalApplicationData>\SolarWinds\ToolsetIntegrationTray\Menu.xml

Where <LocalApplicationData> = <ProfileFolder>\Local Settings\ Application Data

This is for the current method of Orion/Toolset integration which started with Toolset 10.6.
