NPM upgrade wants mmc.exe to be closed, not running

Question

Has anyone run into this? When running Solarwinds Installer, the checks of the local system seems to find an instance of mmc.exe running, but it is not present in task manager? What did you do to resolve the issue?

Versions 12.4RC upgrading to 12.4GA

Answering my own question:

There were other admins logged into the server. I forced them to logout, and was able to proceed with the upgrade.
