Network Performance Monitor Startup Error

I don't know if anyone else runs into this issue, but about once every week or two, I try and connect to our website first thing in the morning and I get the error below. I have to run the Config Wizard and re-create the website to fix it. Anyone know why this happens?

Cannot open the SolarWinds database.
Cannot access main SQL Server database.

Error = Object variable or With block variable not set
You need to rerun the SolarWinds Configuration Wizard.
