Basic Alert Action keeps Alerting when Node status is DOWN

Please help. We have one node that is down and has been for some time. We upgraded today to v9.5 from v9.1 and now we are getting constant alerts. This node is setup to alert via a basic alert. Did some type of alert escalation get turned on? I can't find anyway to turn this escalation off. I unmanaged the node to just give us some sanity.

Did you try setting up Reset Condition (reset when trigger conditions are no longer true) or unchecked execute this action repeatedly.......

The alert was setup as a basic alert. I have about 25 seperate basic alerts setup that worked just fine before the upgrade to NPM v9.5. There is no option for alert escalation in Basic alerts.

Has there been a resolution to this? I have the same concern -- lack of alert escalation (or repetitive periodic alerts) for Basic Alerts.

Recently, we had a situation where alert e-mails were not received. It seems the alert e-mails were just lost, though Orion did record the event in it's log. Had the Basic Alerts had escalation, another e-mail would have gone out later.

Is SolarWinds working on escalation for basic alerts? Or, am I missing something about how to configure this? Thanks!
