Renamed Orion Server

Question

Here's the scoop...

Was given a test server to install and configure Orion, and was to be given a new machine to move to when ready for production.  Instead, the lab machine was given permanently to the Orion project.  It was renamed, and added to our domain.

I re-ran the configuration wizard, pointing to the same NetPerfMon db that I had been using before.

When I launch System Manager, however, I come up with none of the nodes previously configured.  I can find no way within SM to point to the correct db (it appears, since I have nothing, that it isn't pointing at anything).

In Network Discovery, I can point to the previously created sonar file (.sdb), but I am still prompted to do a full discovery, from pointing to my seed routers, and selecting subnets to poll.

Has anyone done what I describe with success?  Any suggestions on what I'm missing?

Thanks Mark.  I was able to modify the engine ID for all of the nodes (couldn't adjust the server ID), and they all now appear.

Orion is looking for the old server name- Verify what the Engine ID table reflects in the DB-  also verify that the Nodes ID table is the same.
