Extreme Switch in NPM unable to show cpu and memory problems

I have a few sets Extreme Switch devices, but NPM can not detect the CPU and memory, I do not know what reason?

NPM List Resources can choose the CPU and memory, but the chart always shows zero

The following information about the Extreme Switch

SysObjectID : 1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.2.111

ExtremeXOS version 12.1.1.4

Came here for this as I'm seeing the very same issue... anyone any thoughts on this at all ? Or as per Extreme Switch Polling and High CPU is this likely to be an subject for Extreme support? Checking my estate none of my Extreme switches are pulling through CPU & Mem usage stats..

Does your switch respond to these OIDs?

CPU - 1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.1.32.1

Memory - 1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.1.32.2

You can verify using either the Universal Device Poller utility available with NPM or the snmpwalk.exe tool available in the Orion installation folder.

If these OIDs work for you, you can override the OIDs used by Orion out of the box from the Settings > Manage Pollers page as shown below

Hi HolyGuacamole, thanks for this, I've looked to put this in place & seems spot on! Just need to figure out what I need to get APM to alert from this now...

I've asked our Network guys to raise a support issue with Extreme & if/when I get some feedback from that, I'll try & remember to post that here

Back again, haven't managed to get a spare moment to raise this with Extreme as of yet, however have perused their forums & came across this potential nugget of info here - worth pointing out that these relate to ExtremeXOS
