Monitoring 3Com Aggregated Link

We are using a 3Com 3870 that is uplinked to a 3Com 4924 switch with an aggregated link that is configured to use four 1 GB ports. In theory, this is a 4 GB uplink between the switches.
When I add the switches as nodes to ORION, the Stack Aggregated Link is reporting 1 GB instead of 4 GB.
Why??? Should ORION not see this as a 4 GB port?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
