Orion Web Interface turns green once a week
FormerMember
I have an Orion server running version 7. About once a week the normal login screen for the website will change from the custom colors and logos to a generic looking green screen. The only way I can fix this is to re-run the configuration wizard and run through the "Create Website" tab.
The server parts continues to run and collect data. It's just the web interface that has the problem.
Any ideas...

My experience was that this was caused by a +COM instability. Upgrading to Ver7.2 fixed the problem. The instability fix is documented in the new features for 7.2 details.

Finally figured out what was wrong. We run Cisco 6500 series switches. The switch port was configured for 100meg full duplex but the server was configured for 100meg half duplex. We fixed this problem and I've never seen a green screen again.
