Manage alerts not showing - Upgrade from NPM 11.5.3 to NPM 12.0.1 (via 12.0)

Hi,

just upgraded our platform from NPM 11.5.3 to NPM 12.0.1 but now alerts in Manage alerts are now showing incorrectly, the alerts are there, they just appear to be filtered out somehow:

Anyone else have/had this issue after upgrading?

To update,

Solarwinds support suggested running a command against the NetPerfmon db which has resolved the issue.

Process as below:

1) Backup Orion DB.

2) Stop all the Solarwinds Services.

3) Run the following SQL query:

DELETE FROM ActionsAssignments WHERE ActionID NOT IN (SELECT ActionID FROM Actions)

4) Restart the Solarwinds Services (although for belt and braces I shut the whole lot down and brought up in the following order DB, NFS, Virtual Manager, Orion core, Additional Poller, Additional Webserver)

Obviously this worked for us but may not be specific to your environment/issue so use the above at your own peril!

You could post the SQL or SWQL from the help desk. I assume a table had to be cleaned up or truncated? Many of us are preparing to do the exact same upgrade and have been monitoring some of these "issues" with upgrading to 12.x
