Closing old alerts non critical errors

Hello

I have been tasked with closing old alerts (over 10 days old)

There are a number of alerts for the firmware/driver out of date for PERC controllers which are non critical and not service effecting

When I try and close these alerts in a very short space of time all these alerts will have alerted again

My question is

Is there any way to stop these from realerting?

Outside of disabling the alert, a quick way would be to create a custom property called Classification,  or something similar, which you list your nodes as critical or non-critical.  Once done, you then would need to edit the alert and add in that property of Classification is equal to Critical.  This should clear out the alert for the non-critical alerts.
