Alerts Notification - Email every 5/15 minutes

Hello guys, I'm having some kind of issue regarding alerts notification via email (Advanced Alert Manager). I have copied several alerts and personalized according to my needs, for example changed the name, description, added some notification variables, etc., etc.

All alerts have the Alert Frequency default setting of 1 minute, but once I receive an alert via email, I keep receiving it every 5/15 minutes, for example:

Node Down, every 15 minutes

Memory Utilization, every 5 minutes

Volume Usage, every 5 minutes

High Packet Loss, every 5 minutes

I also tested to acknowledge the alerts but still receiving it on the above frequency.

Is there a way to receive just one alert when the threshold is reached, a node is down, etc., and then wait 60 minutes or more for alert notification in case the condition is still active?.

Check the email action, and the Alert Escalation, is the option enabled to Execute this Action repeatedly while the Alert is Triggered? If so, this may be the cause. If not, look at the reset condition and make sure it's not at a point that could cause the alert to reset prematurely.
