Device availability report

Is it possible to produce a report that has provisions for maintenance windows? So if we tell NPM to stop monitoring during a window it can include that time in a monthly report. i.e.

Site 1
98% up
1% planned maintenance
1% fault

Not that I know of - not easily anyway without a lot of custom SQL and SQL Tables on the back end. This would be a GREAT feature request. :-)
