There is any way to monitor crc error count.and set an email alert for it

Possible Duplex Mismatch

If at least one of the link interfaces has the duplex mode defined as half or full, the resource helps you identify possible mismatches.

Possible duplex mismatches are visible in the duplex mode column as the Unknown duplex mode. They are identified in the following cases:

If the switch port reports more than 0.5% receive or transmit errors.
If the switch port reports CRC errors.
If the switch port reports Late Collision errors.

I like to use the Top XX Errors This Hour & Top XX Errors Today

with Filters - ( inerrorsthishour > 0 or outerrorsthishour > 0 ) and interface type/name/etc

AND THEN inerrorstoday > 0 or outerrorstoday > 0

This will filter out the interfaces only showing discards and no errors.
