After installing v10.0, I notice that all of my canned and custom reports display no data. If I open any of those reports in Report Writer, they all show the correct data.
What could be wrong?
Here's something to try:
On the GENERAL tab in Report Writer - Uncheck "Group Historical data by days" - It has something to do with the summarization of data - it was intended in hours, not days...
I had to open a few Support Tickets to get my reports back. I did not have all reports with 'no data' like you've mentioned but I did have numerous issues.
For most of my custom reports, I had to make any slight change to them and re-save (replace) them and then they started working. Very time consuming and painful...
