Broadband Real Time Subscriber

We are still running the Broadband Real Time Subscriber and am need to make adjustments to it for the first time. Unfortunately we are unable to locate the Admin PDF.

If some one could offer up a copy of their Admin Guide or infomation on how to adjust the downstream power upper and lower limits.

Whats that? It does not sound like it has anything to do with Realtime Change Detection?

You are talking about some part of Orion NPM?

Maybe you can provide a screenshot and elaborate on your description?

I don't believe any copies exist for that product anymore. -

It is older and now unsupported.

I am fully and painfully aware that Solarwinds no longer offers support for this product. That is why I am reaching out to others out there that might be still using the product. This product was already in use when I transferred in and the documentation was lost in transition.

What exactly is this spftware supposed to do?

Maybe management can be convinced to buy a newer version with more features and more importantly: support

I am however pretty sure that if you only need the admin guide and solarwinds still has this admin guide, that they will provide it to you if you call them. probably your best bet!
