DCOM issues resulting from 2003 SP1

I have 2 ORION servers (A &
. A has the full ORION architecture included where B is a load balanced polling engine. A was having problems and was reloaded with SP1 / B does not have SP1.
Now when connecting from A to B and choosing node details for any node I recieve "run time error '0'" - no event log entries are made...SolarWinds responds that it is due to dcom settings and SP1 does much with DCOM security.
Has anyone had this issue and found the appropriate steps to correct the issue on A?
