Solarwinds - Jira Service Desk integration

Hi Team

I would like to integrate Solarwinds NPM and SAM to JIRA Service Desk 13.4.1 for monitoring ticketing system on any given outage.

I am unable to installed SolarWindsOrionJiraIntegration.msi and getting the error ( error:1001: The specified has been marked for deletion)

Kindly assist me to achieve the integration

Hi All

I am able to installed and edited .json file ? can we have sample .json file to connect our JIRA server ? i ve completed activities and followed instruction and made Node down and JIRA task is not created in JIRA.

Is there any logs? where i can check ?? Kindly assist me on this please

hey, did you make the integration? if so, what are the step you followed? i ask because we are currently in the process of connecting snow and solarwinds. we're planning to use a connector, called zigiops, for this but still want to know your take on the integration process.
