Various other network tools compared to Orion

We are a department of 5 engineering responsible for over 200 devices (switches, routers, firewalls, you name it) and currently have Orion Cirrus, Infinistream and concord (which we are getting rid of) inhouse. We had an outside company come in and audit our WAN. Part of their recommendation was that we purchasd NetMRI and NetPhysics. We have also started looking at NetScout, Niksun, NetQOS. Can anybody give me any feedback as to what you would recommend to compliment what we already have inhouse and why? ANY FEEDBACK WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

I've been using pingplotter pro for a while and I really like it for the historical information it provides for traceroute data to the international VPNs I manage. I wish solarwinds would incorporate something like this in their product, because I'd rather not have to have a second tool for something so simple.
