Lost weather map updates after v9.5 upgrade (Network Atlas)

I had been using the Weather map on our Orion page that I built from this port;

However, since recently upgrading to NPS v9.5 (with the new Network Atlas app), the Map's directory structure has changed and thus broke my maps from updating. I've rebuilt the proper directory structure and get the regular map updates and apply the timezone overlay - I just need to refresh my memory on how to get this published into Orion. I've tried setting up a Network map and it display properly in Orion, however, I no longer receive the regular updates - so my weather map never changes and my peers incessantly ridicule me :-(

You might also use the Linked Background feature in Network Atlas. The map resource will download an image from a specified URI with every refresh.
