TFTP

I am having an issue with the TFTP piece. I can download config, and view configs all day long. I cannot upload configs. I have not been able to figure this oout. I used to be able to with EE but something happened and since then I have not been able to upload the configs. I cannot think of anything left to check. I checked to make sure TFTP is set to both transmit and receive files. I have three address ranges defines, that cover all the routers I need this functionality for. Am I missing something simple?

I don't want you to think I'm being rude, but you know that Solarwinds Performance Monitor has no TFTP support. Only Engineers Edition and Cirrus. You might want to ask your question in one of those forums.
