I cannot start Orion NPM v7.1

I installed win2003 server standart edition R2
install SQL server 2000 SP4
but after installation NPM
and enter license code
Solar did not start !!! I don't undastand why
no error messages and alerts
and I cannot find Solar wind in Services
help please !!!!!!!

Why are you using v7.1? That version is very old and no longer supported. We are currently shipping version 8.0.
