NPM Service Pack

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can confirm what NPM service pack is installed on the web server?

NCM, I also need to confirm what SP is installed.

NTA Settings, I can confirm NetFlow Traffic Analyzer version: 3.5 SP2 which is the latest SP out.

This is correct, if you want to run IPAM 1.5 or greater you will need 9.5 SP5 or higher due to some new alerting features we added in 1.5

I believe there are a few ways to do it, but I check this registry key...

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SolarWinds\Orion\Core

You can also run the SolarWindsVersionChecker located in the Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion folder.

Strange. My NPM show the version/Service PAck on the bottom of most pages.

Hi All,

Mine states Solarwinds Orion Network Performance Monitor v9.5.0.

Does this mean there is no SP installed? If so, where can I get NPM SP5? I know SP4 is on my customer portal page but no SP5.

My SW also says 9.5.0 in the web page, in the NPM Help page (about NPM), and in the registry. There's nothing about an SP being loaded. I didn't see anything called SolarWindsVersionChecker in the set of installed programs.

You can check the footer of the web console for NPM.

Also the version checker app is not in the start -> programs path, you have to navigate to the file system in the SolarWinds/Orion folder and you will find it in there
