We are trying to get our users to be able to get a tone when an alert comes through . I have installed Desktop Notification Tool and configured a sound, but during my testing with a node going down I get an alert in NPM but it does not show up in The tool and there is not a sound played. Is there certain steps needed to get this working or does it not work with NPM 12.2. I am able to login to the tool it is seems to connect but no alerts show up in it.
