I am having a major outage with Orion and all support lines are down... I can't reach anyone. I called international lines, sales, customer service, support.
Support lines were busy and customer service had a message from verizon saying that it was an invalid phone number.
Solarwinds reached out to me per the tickets I created and resolved my issue.
