Net perf mon 8.0.1 System manager will not open

I have done a clean install of Orion NPM 8.0.1. The install completes normally. System manage fails to open.
Run time Error 339
Component 'xunzip30.ocx or one of its dependencies not corretly registered: a file is missing or invalid.
I have manually registered the xunzip30.ocx
Still getting the same error.
Any help would be appreciated.
